New location for valve technology from Constance
After an intensive planning and construction phase, WEBER-HYDRAULIK GMBH opens a new, company- owned site in the Reichenau district of Constance. The modern new building offers the necessary capacity to respond to the lack of space in the previous premises and creates optimal conditions for further growth and future-oriented developments in the field of valve technology.
Introduction of a new corporate model
WEBER-HYDRAULIK GMBH introduces a new corporate model based on three business units: Hydraulics, Rescue and Valves. This restructuring strengthens the focus on the respective markets and customers and is intended to optimize the strategic orientation for future growth and innovation.

Introduction of the WEBER SYSTEMS GROUP umbrella brand
WEBER-HYDRAULIK GMBH is renewing its brand strategy and introducing an umbrella brand for the Group's communication. This restructuring does not affect existing internal processes, company names or responsibilities within the company. The established product brands WEBER-HYDRAULIK and WEBER RESCUE SYSTEMS operate on an equal footing and on an equal footing, which should also become clear in external communication.

Expansion of the Losenstein site
At the Losenstein site, the competence center for rescue equipment will be expanded with a new building section. This expansion of the production and administration areas strengthens the WEBER RESCUE SYSTEMS brand and creates additional capacity for future developments and innovations in the field of rescue technology.
Adoption of an adaptive mission statement
With the involvement of more than 200 employees and other stakeholders, WEBER-HYDRAULIK GMBH adopts a new, adaptive mission statement that replaces the previous corporate strategy. The mission statement now provides the framework for day-to-day activities within the company and defines key areas of activity and action that the company will focus on in the future.

Introduction of the SMART-FORCE device series
WEBER RESCUE SYSTEMS presents the innovative SMART-FORCE battery-powered device series - a milestone in rescue technology. Smart functions are integrated directly into hydraulic devices for the first time: WLAN/UMTS connection, app control, pressure display as well as training and theft mode. The series enables faster, more efficient rescues - even under water - and sets new standards for hydraulic rescue equipment.

Renaming of the sites in Wörth a. d. Isar and Constance
LOG Hydraulik GmbH and WEBER-HYDRAULIK ValveTech GmbH become WEBER-HYDRAULIK GMBH. As a result, all locations of the group of companies now operate under the same name.

Foundation of RESCUE DIGITAL SYSTEMS GMBH
Foundation of a joint venture with locations in Güglingen and Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler. The subsidiary focuses on the development of digital applications, especially for BOS organizations (authorities and organizations with security tasks), and thus strengthens the digital competence in the field of rescue technology.

Realignment of the group of companies
WEBER-HYDRAULIK GMBH successfully implements restructuring strategies and focuses on its core competencies as a development partner and system provider. As part of this process, the peripheral business is divested in order to strengthen the focus on sustainable, strategic areas.
Christine Grotz takes over as Managing Director
In a challenging economic phase, Christine Grotz takes over the management of WEBER-HYDRAULIK GMBH. As the third-generation managing partner, she leads the company founded by her grandfather Emil Weber through restructuring and initiates cultural and technological change.

The anniversary is celebrated with major festivities at the main site in Güglingen and honors the successful development of the company over seven decades.

Establishment of a separate brand for rescue equipment
The WEBER RESCUE SYSTEMS brand is officially registered and since then has stood for high-quality hydraulic rescue equipment and innovative solutions in technical assistance worldwide.

Strategic expansion of the portfolio
With the acquisition of LOG Hydraulik GmbH (Wörth an der Isar) and FLUID-TEAM Automationstechnik GmbH (Constance), WEBER-HYDRAULIK GMBH strengthens its expertise in the field of system solutions and expands its range of services in a targeted manner. Power units and control blocks from LOG Hydraulik and valves from FLUID TEAM complete the product range.

Foundation of WEBER-HYDRAULIKA Sp. z o.o. in Poland
A new production site is established in Wykroty, specializing in the manufacture of jacks and hydraulic cylinders.

Joint venture with A.R.T. in the USA
WEBER-HYDRAULIK GMBH establishes itself on the North American market for the first time by founding a joint venture with the company A.R.T.. The aim of the merger is the assembly and sale of rescue equipment in the USA - an important step in the internationalization of the rescue equipment division.

Milestone in quality assurance
The Güglingen site is certified to ISO 9001 for the first time. This quality management system forms the basis for the continuous further development of the group of companies and enables expansion into demanding applications in the automotive industry.

Takeover of the company MADIX
By acquiring the GDR jack manufacturer MADIX in Dresden, WEBER-HYRAULIK GMBH bundles its jack production in East Germany and strengthens its market position.

WEBER-HYDRAULIK GMBH starts producing hydraulic rescue equipment - a milestone that lays the foundation for innovative solutions in the field of technical assistance.

Relocation to new production site in Güglingen
WEBER-HYDRAULIK GMBH moves to a new, larger production site in Güglingen. The move sets the course for further growth and modern production.

A new production site is opened in Losenstein, Upper Austria, which further expands the production capacity of hydraulic cylinders and rescue equipment.

Takeover of the Strassacker company
With the takeover of Strassacker-Ölhydraulik in Esslingen, a broad entry into the production of hydraulic cylinders and thus an expansion of the product portfolio is achieved.

Production of the first cab tipping systems
WEBER-HYDRAULIK begins production of the first cab tipping systems, setting an important milestone in the development of innovative hydraulic systems for the commercial vehicle industry.

Creation of the WEBER-HYDRAULIK brand name
Emil Weber Apparatebau develops a new logo with the name "WEBER-HYDRAULIK". This becomes the basis for the later company name and shapes the brand identity of the company.

Diversification and expansion of the product range
The company expands its product range and, in addition to jacks of all kinds, now also manufactures release devices for brake cylinders, barber chair pumps, support cylinders, stamp setting devices for the mining industry and many other products.

Relocation of the company from Stuttgart to Güglingen
After heavy bombing raids, which severely damaged the company in Stuttgart, Emil Weber relocates the company headquarters to Güglingen in the Heilbronn district. Only a few machines could be saved.

Foundation of the "Manufacture of hydraulic lifting equipment"
Emil Weber founds the "Manufacture of Hydraulic Lifting Equipment" in Stuttgart-Untertürkheim, laying the foundation for the later development of WEBER-HYDRAULIK GMBH.
