We live responsibility. As a family-owned company with over 85 years of tradition, sustainability has always played an important role for us. With our two business divisions, WEBER-HYDRAULIK and WEBER RESCUE SYSTEMS, we pursue the goal of using existing resources sparingly and acting in a conscious, economical, ecological, and social manner. This is not only part of our mission statement, but also our corporate policy. We reduce our ecological footprint through energy-efficient production processes, the use of sustainable materials, and innovative technologies. At the same time, we promote recycling and minimize waste. We work closely with partners who are also committed to sustainability, thereby actively contributing to a resource-saving future – for ourselves, our customers, and future generations.
Ecovadis

Ecovadis is a globally recognized platform for assessing the sustainability performance of companies. The assessment covers four key areas: environment, labor and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement.
The analysis is based on proven guidelines, concrete measures, and documented results. The result is an objective rating that helps companies transparently present their sustainability strategy and continuously develop it further.

For us, compliance means adhering to legal and internal requirements. Our Code of Conduct clearly defines our stance on legal and ethical standards and, together with our corporate values, forms the basis for our business success. We have also set out our expectations of business partners in a Code of Conduct to promote responsible behavior across borders.
